Jackknifed Big Rig Blocking Traffic On WB Business 80

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A big rig accident has traffic backing up along the westbound Capital City Freeway Tuesday morning.

The scene is near Highway 51 and Exposition Boulevard, over the American River.

Traffic appears to be backing up all the way to Watt Avenue due to the accident.
