I-80 Reopened Near State Line After Multiple Crashes And Wet Roads Briefly Shut It Down

NEVADA COUNTY (CBS13) — Interstate 80 near the California state line has reopened after multiple collisions and wet roads shut it down this afternoon, California Highway Patrol Truckee said.

Caltrans said all westbound lanes approximately 4 miles east of Truckee were blocked due to the crashes.

Although the roadways have reopened. officials said traffic delays in the area are to be expected.
