Homicide detectives investigate deadly shooting in Antelope
ANTELOPE — Homicide detectives are investigating a deadly shooting that happened in Antelope on Monday night.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said the scene was near Fawn Hollow Way and Firestone Way in Antelope. A call initially was received at around 9 p.m. about a crash involving two vehicles, with one of the vehicles crashing into a home.
The caller reported that the driver of one of the vehicles was shot. Sheriff's deputies located a man with a gunshot wound there. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
There was no information available on a suspect.
