High Sierra Dusted With Snow On First Day Of Fall
DONNER SUMMIT (CBS13) - It's the first official day of fall and snow is already falling in the Sierra.
As seen in a video posted by Boreal Mountain Resort, light snow began to fall on Thursday afternoon.

California Highway Patrol also reported that a mixture of snow and rain began to fall over Donner Summit.
Seasons are changing here in Truckee. A little snow and a little rain falling over Donner Summit currently. Make sure to slow down and increase your following distance when driving on wet roadways.
