Gas Company Cleans Up Parks Near Gas Leak Site

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Southern California Gas Co. says it's finished cleaning four Los Angeles parks where brown spots were found that may be oily residue from a massive gas leak.

SoCalGas says it continues to clean the outside of homes where brown spots have been reported. It's assessing about 200 homes.

It says sampling indicates the material doesn't pose a health risk.
