Free Holiday Parking Begins In Parts Of Downtown Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13)  - The city of Sacramento will continue its free holiday parking program this holiday season to attract more shoppers to the downtown area.

Free parking started Friday, and will continue through Christmas day. This only applies to metered parking zones.

Drivers can also use the East End Garage for a $2 rate.

All other parking zones in the area will cost the regular fees.
