Fourth Davis Nightclub Stabbing Suspect Arrested, Another Still Sought

DAVIS (CBS13) – A fourth person has been arrested in connection to the deadly Davis bar stabbing, police say.

Carlos Biviescas, 24, was arrested in Vacaville Saturday afternoon, according to the Davis Police Department. The day before, police announced that another suspect, 22-year-old Victor Manuel Acosta Vergara, had been arrested.

Two other suspects, 25-year-old Martin Contreras and 21-year-old Zackary Thomas Sandeno, were arrested earlier in the week.

The stabbing at KetMoRee, a popular Davis eatery and bar, in the early morning hours last Saturday claimed the life of 22-year-old Hacienda Heights resident Peter Gonzalez.

Davis police have described the suspects as associates of the Norteno street gang.

A fifth suspect identified by police early on in the investigation, 20-year-old Joseph Gregory Sandeno, is still being sought for the crime.
