Four Rescued From Rock In American River
PLACER COUNTY (CBS13) — The fast-moving, cold water is causing issues in the American River this weekend.
Four people were trapped on a rock at the confluence Saturday and had to be rescued.
PCSO, State Parks, Auburn Fire, & Cal Fire are currently on scene at the American River confluence after a report of 4 people stranded on a rock in the river. All 4 were able to safely scrabble off of the rock where they were stranded and they were brought back to the Confluence. pic.twitter.com/sNXsi3psJf

The Placer County Sheriff's Office, Auburn Fire Department, and Cal Fire were all there for the rescue and brought the four people safely back to land.
