Former Stockton Sunday School Teacher Arrested On Child Porn Charges – Again
STOCKTON (CBS13) – A man already facing child pornography and molestation charges was arrested on more child porn charges.
Paul Sanfilippo, 38, was arrested back in September 2013 for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old girl. Sanfilippo volunteered as a Sunday school teacher at Presentation Catholic Church but has since resigned.
The investigation into Sanfilippo continued while he was on bail for the September arrest, Stockton Police say. Homeland Security investigators believe they uncovered that Sanfilippo had been receiving and distributing child porn throughout the U.S. and other countries.
Sanfilippo was arrested Thursday on federal charges stemming from the Homeland Security investigation. He is currently being held in Sacramento under federal custody, Stockton Police say.
