Former Real-Estate Mogul Michael Lyon Under Arrest On Possession, Eavesdropping Charges
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Former real-estate mogul turned convict Michael Lyon is under arrest again.
According to the Sacramento County Jail booking log, Lyon was arrested on three felonies, including possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug substance. He's also charged with eavesdropping.
Lyon was previously convicted of secretly filming people inside his home. He pleaded guilty to that in 2011.
