Fire Destroys Market And Deli In Hughson

HUGHSON (CBS13) – A late night fire burned down a well-known deli in Hughson.

The Ceres Fire Department says crews responded to Mo's Oasis Market and Deli located on the corner of East Whitmore Avenue and Geer Road about 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

Crews were unable to save the deli, which they say was completely destroyed by the fire.

No word yet on if anyone was injured in the incident.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
