Fire Burns Downtown Sacramento Business

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A two-alarm fire is burning in Downtown Sacramento.

Heavy smoke and flames are visible at 1410 E Street near a thrift shop and a yoga studio.

Sacramento Fire Capt. Niko King says part of the roof of the building had already collapsed when firefighters arrived.

The address is listed as Capitol Kart through various online sources.

Neighbors in nearby homes were forced to evacuate ahead of the fast-growing fire.
