Fight At Central California Grocery Store Ends In Stabbing, 2 Shootings

TULARE, Calif. (AP) -- Police are searching for the person who stabbed and shot one man and then shot another person at a Central California grocery store.

KFSN reports Thursday that no one has been arrested in connection with the incident at Foods Co. in Tulare Wednesday night.

Tulare Police Sgt. Andrew Garcia says there was a fight at the front doors to Foods Co.

A man was stabbed and then shot as he went inside to get help. An employee who went to help the man was then shot.

Both victims were listed in critical condition.

Garcia says police are reviewing store surveillance video to identify the perpetrators and the vehicle involved in the incident.

A motive in the stabbing and shootings has not yet been determined.
