Fiery Crash Blocks Southbound Highway 99 In Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Two lanes of southbound Highway 99 in Sacramento, just north of Fruitridge Road, are back open following a overturned big rig and fire that blocked all four lanes.

All lanes had been completely blocked and traffic was being diverted off at 12th Avenue.
Two people were injured in the crash, which remains under investigation.
Traffic was severely backed up as a result of the crash.
The road is expected to fully reopen around 4:40 p.m., according to Caltrans. Motorists are urged to take alternate routes.
