FBI Offering Reward For Information In Modesto Planned Parenthood Fire
MODESTO (CBS13) - The FBI is offering up a reward for information in the case of a fire at the Modesto Planned Parenthood clinic.
The incident happened back on May 25. Firefighters responded to the 1400 block of McHenry Avenue clinic early that morning on a report of a fire.
At the scene, firefighters found that the fire had already been put out by sprinklers. However, the entrance and facade of the clinic sustained considerable fire damage. A third of the building also suffered water damage.
Investigators believe an incendiary device had been thrown through the clinic's front glass doors.
Monday, the FBI announced they are offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the case.
