Father Of Baby Found Dead In Yolo County Appears In Court On Unrelated Charges

CBS13 - The father of Baby Justice, the infant found dead in a Yolo County slough in February, has pleaded not guilty to numerous charges unrelated to his son's death.

Frank Rees is not a suspect in his son's death. He was recently arrested for the second time on unrelated charges, including possession of methamphetamine.

Rees' next court appearance will be on May 4, 2015.

Justice's mother, 23-year-old Samantha Green, has since been charged with murder in connection to this death. She's due back in court on April 13.
