Father Accused Of Killing His 5 Infant Children To Appear In Court In Woodland

WOODLAND (CBS13) — A man arrested in the deaths of five of his infant children decades ago is due back in court in Woodland on Monday.

Paul Perez, 57, is accused of killing his five children — all under the age of six months — between 1992 and 2001.

A homicide investigation was launched in 2007 after a fisherman found the remains of a 3-month-old baby boy in a waterway just east of Woodland.

The cold case was reopened a few months ago after DNA from the remains were linked to Perez.
