City Of Modesto Garbage Truck Involved In Fatal Crash On Finch Road

MODESTO (CBS13) — Officials are investigating a fatal crash involving a City of Modesto garbage truck on Finch Road.

The truck crashed into a tree around 2 p.m. Monday, closing down the roadway near the 3600 block of Finch Road.

City officials confirmed the person killed in the crash is a city employee. CHP has not yet released the cause of the crash.

No other details about the crash have been released.
