Early-Morning Chase Ends In South Sacramento School Lawn

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A wild pursuit through Sacramento ended with the driver crashing through the fence of an elementary school.

Just before 3 a.m. Wednesday, the driver plowed through the fence of John D. Sloat Elementary School on Candlewood Way and 69th Avenue.

Exactly what started the chase is unclear, however.

No injuries were reported.

The name of the suspect has not been released at this point.
