Downtown Sacramento Ice Rink Readying For Nov. 4 Opening

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — It's 10 days until Halloween, so that means it's time to build an ice rink.

While temperatures are expected to hit 80 in Sacramento on Friday, preparations are underway for a holiday tradition in Downtown Sacramento.
