Downtown Plaza Starbucks To Close For Good

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – After Friday, the Starbucks inside Downtown Plaza will be no more.

A sign posted in the front window is letting customers know about Friday's last day of business. Earlier in the year, Starbucks had said that the store would remain open.

The store has become the latest business to close around the arena construction.

In June, the River City Brewing Company closed its Downtown Plaza location after being there for 22 years. It plans to open in Carmichael in the fall.
