Detectives Release Sketch Of Carmichael Home Burglary Suspect

CARMICHAEL (CBS13) – A sketch of a man found inside of a Carmichael last week has been released by sheriff's detectives.

Detectives say that, in the early morning hours of Nov. 7, a man somehow made his way into a home along the 4600 block of Hixon Circle. A child and an adult inside the home soon woke up and exchanged some words with the man, causing him to take off.

Nothing looks to have been stolen from the home, detectives say.

Detectives noted the similarities between this incident and an attempted kidnapping from August that happened right around the block along Adelaide Way. However, detectives say there is no physical evidence linking the two incidents.

A sketch of the suspect in the Adelaide Way incident was released in early September.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect in the Hixon Circle incident is asked to call the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
