Detectives Looking For Clues In Auburn Vehicle Theft

AUBURN (CBS13) - The Placer County Sheriff's Office is looking for clues in connection with an auto theft that happened back in July.

On July 15, 2014, a man and a woman were caught on tape walking into the Auburn Racquet club. Inside, they split up and allegedly stole some items from the gym lockers. One of the items the man stole was the key to a car key. Once outside, the man got into a 2005 Lexus SC430 coupe and drove away.

The vehicle has not been seen since.

The woman got into their vehicle, a 1990s Toyota 4Runner, and drove off.
