Deputies Seek Porch Pirate Who Stole Laptop From Auburn Home

AUBURN (CBS13) – The Placer County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying a porch pirate who stole a laptop from an Auburn home on Saturday.

Authorities said the suspect was captured on the residence's Nest camera taking the package and leaving in a white SUV in the 12000 block of Erin Drive.

[UPDATE]: ARRESTED‼️ See post from 05/28/2020. CAN YOU ID ME? Do you recognize this guy? He was seen on the victim's Nest camera on Saturday, May 23, walking up and stealing a package by the front door. The package contained an Acer Chromebook. The theft occurred on the 12000-block of Erin Drive in Auburn. If you recognize the suspect or the vehicle he is driving, please call the Investigations Division at (530) 889-7830.
