Single-vehicle crash in West Sacramento leaves 2 dead
A crash in West Sacramento left two people dead Sunday morning, the West Sacramento Police Department said.
Around 7:20 a.m., a vehicle near Jefferson Boulevard and 15th Street crashed through a fence, into a business parking lot, and then struck a shipping container, police said.
Police said the driver and the passenger died from their injuries.
Investigators are looking into what led to the crash.
