A search of the vehicle revealed a contractor-grade reciprocating saw, a floor jack used for raising vehicles, a contractor-grade impact drill and a Toyota catalytic converter. Further investigation conducted by the officers yielded a victim vehicle (a Toyota Prius) in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
