Crews Battling Vegetation Fire Near Fairfield

FAIRFIELD (CBS13) - Crews are at the scene of a fire at a car scrap yard Wednesday afternoon.

The scene is at 5016 Peabody Road. Firefighters responded to the scene just before 2:30 p.m.

Dozens of cars at the scrap yard are reportedly catching fire, according to the Vacaville Reporter.

No structures are threatened, authorities say.
