3 Firefighters Hurt Battling Fire At Lincoln Pallet Facility

LINCOLN (CBS13) - The fire at a Lincoln pallet facility is expected to burn for some time, firefighters say.

The scene is at Pallets Unlimited, which is near Thunder Valley Casino.

Cal Fire was the main agency handling the fire. Multiple agencies, including Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, AMR and Pleasant Grove also responded.

Crews say the fire started in the pallet storage area.

Placer County authorities say three firefighters were hurt while battling the fire when a hose burst. The injured firefighters are expected to recover.

The fire has been contained, but crews could be out at the scene for up to two days for mop-up work.
