Cops Not Fooled By Donald Trump Cutout In Carpool Lane
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — After his debate performance at Hofstra University on Monday, the last place you'd think to see Donald Trump would be on a Washington State highway the next morning.
But that's what one alert trooper found during the Tuesday commute. Well, sort of.
The Washington State Patrol says a driver tried getting around carpool lane rules with a cutout of the presidential candidate's head attached to the headrest of his passenger's seat.

Last week, a driver tried a similar trick with a more nondescript passenger, dressing up a dummy in Southern California. This one didn't work, either.
