Ceres Apartment Fire Destroys Several Units, Leaves Residents Without Home

CERES (CBS13) — An apartment fire in Ceres has destroyed several units, leaving residents without a home on Monday.
The fire on Richland Avenue burned through several upstairs units.
The Red Cross has been called out to help residents in need.
