CBS Sports Power Rankings: Raiders, 49ers Cellar Dwellers

CBS Sports released it's first power rankings for the 2015-16 season - before any regular season game has kicked off - and it's not looking good for the two teams by the Bay.

The San Francisco 49ers, following an 8-8 season and a devastating offseason, are sitting at 26th out of 32. After three years of being a top-10 or even top-5 team in the league, this is quite the culture shock for a lot of 49ers fans.

It only gets worse for Oakland Raiders fans. At this point of the season, the Raiders were put down at the 29th spot just ahead of the Cleveland Browns (30), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (31) and the Washington Redskins (32).

Other teams to note: the Green Bay Packers sit comfortably as the No. 1 team despite their top receiver Jordy Nelson ruled out for the year with an ACL injury. Newly liberated Tom Brady and the New England Patriots follow the cheese heads at No. 2.
