Carmichael Woman Nearly Run Over By Own Vehicle

CARMICHAEL (CBS13) - A Carmichael woman had a close call when she was nearly run over by her own car.

The woman was backing out of her driveway on Camray Circle when she stopped to get out of her car, but didn't put it in park. The car began rolling, crossed the street and hit a neighbor's fence.

She was eventually able to stop the car, but strained herself in the process. She was taken to the hospital to be treated for unspecified injuries.
