Car Struck By Light Rail Train On N 12th Street
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Traffic is backing up in along N. 12th Street due to a car being hit by a light rail train Thursday afternoon.
The scene is near Ahern Street. An SUV was struck by a RT train. Sacramento Fire crews are at the scene.
Medics say the driver of the SUV has been transported to the hospital with minor injuries. No one onboard the train was hurt.
Expect slow traffic southbound going into downtown on N. 12th Street.
