AMADOR COUNTY (CBS13) — A 40-acre fire is prompting evacuations in Amador County.
Mandatory evacuations are in place for the China Gulch community, while voluntary evacuations are in place for Buena Vista.

The fire comes just before temperatures are expected to rise this weekend and into next week, raising the fire danger in the region.
