Boreal Mountain Resort Opens For Business
SODA SPRINGS (CBS13) - The day has finally come that's been on the calendar for some time: It's opening day of ski season at Boreal Mountain Resort.
Winter is almost here. You see the white snow the chairlifts and the entire mountain smothered and covered with snow. Along with help from a recent storm, Boreal Mountain Resort is blanketing the mountain with snow.
"We received 10 inches of natural snow last weekend and our mountain operation team has been building on that, but as you can see it stayed pretty chill up here," said Tess Hobbs, a spokesperson for Boreal Mountain Resort.
When it opened at 9 a.m., the resort commemorated its 50th anniversary.
