Body Discovered On Tree In Tuolumne River

MODESTO (CBS13) —  A bystander found a body caught on a tree in the Tuolumne River Monday afternoon, Modesto police said.

The bystander reported seeing the body east Rouse Avenue and Neece Drive around 1:30 p.m.

A Modesto Police Department spokesperson said the death is not suspicious. The Stanislaus County Coroner's office will continue the investigation into the man's death.
