Blue Angels Make Stop At Mather Airfield

RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) - If you've noticed the sound of high-speed jets flying near Mather Airfield today, don't worry, it's just the Blue Angels.

For the first time in nearly a decade, the Navy's acrobatic flying group will be a part of the California Capital Airshow.

A couple of the team's members are here flying in their signature blue and gold F/A-18 Hornets.

The annual air show takes place in October. Organizers will release ticket information in the next couple months.
