The woman ran away, screaming for her husband, who was in a workshop outside.
Authorities say by the time the couple returned to the bathroom, the man was gone and the woman's watch had been stolen.
She ran outside, spotted the man — who was now dressed — and followed him until sheriff's deputies arrested him.
Authorities say 47-year-old Jerald Harris is a convicted burglar wanted for eluding parole supervision.
They say the woman's watch was found in his pocket.
