Person Struck, Killed On I-80 In Roseville

ROSEVILLE (CBS13) - Lanes of westbound Interstate 80 were blocked after a person was struck and killed Thursday morning.
The scene was near Douglas Boulevard.
California Highway Patrol says they got a report around 5:30 a.m. that an erratic person was walking on the freeway. That person was later hit and has died from their injuries.
Traffic was backed up for most of the morning due to the incident.
