Arrest Made In Attack Of Elderly Parking Lot Attendant
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say they have arrested the man suspected of attacking an elderly parking lot attendant.
The incident happened back on June 25. According to the Stockton Police Department, a 76-year-old City of Stockton Parking Lot attendant was attacked around 11:30 a.m. that day. Police said Wednesday that the man was still in the hospital in serious condition.
Thursday, police announced that 40-year-old Stockton resident Jack Perry was arrested for the attack.
Perry, who was already on parole, will now be facing assault and elder abuse charges, along with a parole violation.
