'Altercation' Between Passengers Stalls Amtrak Train

STOCKTON (CBS13) – An altercation stalled an Amtrak train in Stockton Wednesday, officials say.

An Amtrak official tells CBS13 that train #714 was on its way from Oakland to Bakersfield when the incident occurred.

The altercation happened between the Antioch and Stockton leg of the trip. Officials would only say that an "altercation" between two passengers had occurred.

About 75 passengers were on the train at the time of the incident, Amtrak says. The train was delayed for about 45 minutes due to the incident.

Amtrak police will be investigation the incident.
