49ers FB Bruce Miller Arrested For Spousal Battery

San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller was arrested on March 5 for spousal battery, according to the Santa Clara Police Department.

The 49ers released a statement on Monday afternoon:

"The San Francisco 49ers organization is aware of the matter involving Bruce Miller. We were disappointed to learn of these reports and will do our due diligence in collecting all relevant information."

Miller's arrest represents the 11th time a 49ers player has been arrested since June 2010. The 49ers lead the NFL in arrests, according to SFGate.com.
