4 Hikers Rescued By Helicopter Near Wrights Lake In El Dorado County

EL DORADO COUNTY (CBS13) – Crews rescued four lost hikers by helicopter in El Dorado County on Friday.
The California Highway Patrol Valley Division Air Operations said the rescue happened just before sunset near Wrights Lake.
Officials said the CHP helicopter was able to locate them quickly and flew them back to safety two at a time.
Authorities said the hikers returned to their vehicles and no injuries were reported.
