2 People Arrested, 280 Pounds Of Illegal Fireworks Seized In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Police say they have arrested two people suspected of trying to sell illegal fireworks in Sacramento.
Sacramento police say, back on Friday, officers contacted the two suspects.
On June 7, 2019, Sacramento Police Department Officers contacted two subjects who were attempting to sell illegal fireworks. Through their investigation, officers located over 280 pounds of illegal fireworks. The two suspects were both arrested. #sacpd pic.twitter.com/v4hWXRxVKQ

After an investigation, officers discovered more than 280 pounds of illegal fireworks.
The fireworks were seized and the two suspects were arrested.
Police have not released the name of the suspects, but note the two are facing multiple charges.
