1 injured after vehicle crashes into Sacramento light rail train
SACRAMENTO — One person was injured after a vehicle collided with a Sacramento light rail train, officials said Thursday.
The Sacramento Fire Department said the collision happened at around 8:15 p.m. at 7th Street and Capitol Mall.
A person who was inside the vehicle was hospitalized and was stable at last check. No one onboard the light rail train was injured.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
