1 Driver Killed In Possible Wrong-Way Crash On Highway 50 Identified

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – One of the two drivers killed in a head-on crash on Highway 50 in Sacramento Sunday has been identified.

Sixty-one-year-old Marvin Dale Walker of West Sacramento was driving a KIA Sorrento when he hit a Chevrolet Silverado just before midnight. Walker died at the scene.

The 50-year-old driver of the Silverado was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead around 6 a.m. The identity of that driver has not yet been released.

A third car crashed at the scene, but it's not known if that car was also involved in the crash. That driver was not injured.

CHP investigators are not ruling out the possibility this incident may have been a wrong-way crash.
