2 Dead, 2 Hurt In Carmichael Crash
CARMICHAEL (CBS13) - The latest on a deadly crash in Carmichael:
8:45 p.m.
Authorities say a second person has died after the crash.
California Highway Patrol says the victims are a 58-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man.
A 20-year-old man was driving the other car.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
6:40 p.m.
One person is dead and multiple people are injured after a two-car crash in Carmichael Thursday evening.
The scene is at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Kiva Drive.
Sacramento Metro Fire says two cars collided at the intersection just after 6 p.m., sending one of the cars into a house.
MCI declared: 4 patients in 2-car crash at Garfield & Kiva in Carm. 1 deceased, 1 major inj, 1 moderate, 1 minor. Please drive safely!

One person was killed in the crash, while one other person has life-threatening injuries. Two other people were hurt, one with moderate and the other with minor injuries.
