Pittsburgh Steelers Place Xavier Grimble On Reserve/Injured List

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Pittsburgh Steelers placed tight end Xavier Grimble on the reserve/injured list.

The team announced the move Wednesday after the TE suffered a calf injury in Sunday's loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Grimble joins Vance McDonald as injured Steelers tight ends.

The Steelers traded with the Seattle Seahawks for tight end Nick Vannett.
