Mother, Teens Held Up At Gunpoint Downtown

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The manhunt is on for two men who held a mother and three young girls at gunpoint during a brazen robbery in the city.

It happened around 6 p.m. Sunday in Gateway Plaza as many Steeler fans were still downtown after the game.

The victims were a woman, her teenage daughter and two of the girls' friends.

The victims told Pittsburgh Police two young black males wearing jeans and black shirts stole their purses and cell phones and threatened to shoot all of them.

They saw the pair sitting on the edge of the Gateway fountain before the attack.

There are several surveillance cameras in that area.

Officers are reviewing the footage.
