Woman Killed In Washington Co. Crash

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A Monongahela woman was killed in an accident Saturday night after a truck hit the car she was riding in.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. on Route 136 in Somerset Township, Washington County.

Police say 58-year-old Donna Simboli died when a truck hit the car in which she was a passenger.

The driver, 44-year-old Christopher Weber, was also injured and taken to Allegheny General Hospital.

The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.

No word on if he will face any charges.

State Police are investigating.
